Condesa's secret-garden restaurant-towering cacti, axolotl pond, and some of the city's best cocktails. A Condesa urban oasis surrounded by giant cacti, a lake stocked with axolotls, and plants everywhere. Chefs Alejandra Navarro and Ernesto Hernández build a modern comfort menu around fresh ingredients-tuna tostadas, scallop aguachile, grilled octopus, lamb pappardelle-while the bar pushes tamarind and passionfruit cocktails, plus the signature bubbly Botánico lemonade. Botánico is listed in the 2026 Michelin Guide, one of the entries where Michelin's write-up leans as much on atmosphere and design as on technique — a garden-set dining room being less typical of the guide's usual Mexico City picks.
